Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays. During peak periods (such as Christmas and Valentine's Day), processing times may be slightly longer — we'll keep you updated if there are any delays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We currently ship within the United Kingdom. The following options are available at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class) — estimated 3–5 business days
- Tracked Shipping (Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked / Evri) — estimated 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be fully guaranteed once your order is with the courier.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected delivery method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over £25.
Order Tracking If you selected a tracked shipping option, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Orders We take great care packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely.
