We aim to dispatch all orders within [1-3] business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We currently ship within the UK using Royal Mail / Parcel Force / DPD. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Scented Glow Candles order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
As our products are handmade, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
